Initial contact is created when a recruiter contacts you as a likely candidate or you contact us via ads we’ve placed on web. Initial process triggers via – Skill Set Match, Interest of Candidate and Availability for Deployment. Make sure your resume is up to date with all the skills and certifications/awards.
Our technical recruiters as part of process co-ordinate technical evaluation of candidates based on the skill sets provided on resume and requirements from clients specific to potential assignments. This process forms an essential step for sending your resume to clients. If the client likes your resume, recruiter sets up an interview (phone/personal/video), based on client preference.
We as part of our standard recruiting process perform a complete reference and background check of candidates.
If client likes the candidate, account manager from Openace will contact the candidate to make a formal offer which becomes active as soon as contract is signed, which forms a charter for relationship with us.
