Hiring Process:

Openace is a full fledged IT solutions provider and often looks for talent with array of skill sets. We require candidates for our on-site/off-site engagements and staffing requirements of our clientele. We always keep enough headcount for immediate on-site deployments. In case of staffing requirements from our clients our recruiting team initiates search for people as soon as requirement is received from clients. Recuriters find candidates thru extensive internal database, referrals, existing candidates who have completed their previous assignments, placing ads and search websites. Below is the detailed hiring process followed by Openace recruiting team.

Initial Contact:

Initial contact is created when a recruiter contacts you as a likely candidate or you contact us via ads we’ve placed on web. Initial process triggers via – Skill Set Match, Interest of Candidate and Availability for Deployment. Make sure your resume is up to date with all the skills and certifications/awards.

Interview:
Our technical recruiters as part of process co-ordinate technical evaluation of candidates based on the skill sets provided on resume and requirements from clients specific to potential assignments. This process forms an essential step for sending your resume to clients. If the client likes your resume, recruiter sets up an interview (phone/personal/video), based on client preference.

Background Check:

We as part of our standard recruiting process perform a complete reference and background check of candidates.

Contract:

If client likes the candidate, account manager from Openace will contact the candidate to make a formal offer which becomes active as soon as contract is signed, which forms a charter for relationship with us.

Openace and You:
Account manager from Openace shall always be in touch with you to find out how things are going and will be helpful you to get over any difficulties. Your account manager shall be the prime candidate to approach in case of any questions related to your assignment.
